different batch of CQ steel has different tensile strengths, even for BS

thats y in most project, they will require contractors to perform tensile strength for each batch

my suggestion is if u are building something non structural, such as fencing or maybe just a simple base slab for open carpark, it should be fine

dont use it for columns, beams or other slabs
