CQ is uncertified and its up to you if the rework cost or risk is acceptable. You might be able to get away with it for slabs that are on firm ground, no movement, and no vehicles (only human traffic) where the only worst case can happen is that the slab (on the floor/ground level) cracked. Do not use for things like car porch or floor slab higher than ground level. The thing fail and drop on someone and kill someone macam mana mau settle because insurance co. can and will find it as incorrect construction method.
BS certified (got SIRIM) is tested for that load that strength.
Same as copper cables.. good thing no cheap
Cheap thing no good. But if longetivity and hassle free is the point get BS one. If this is just used to rear chickens then doesn't matter lah.
