They no longer entertainment calls. Use "ask pos" found at their webbie to lodge a feedback.

I would never choose poslaju because it takes too long to get my stuff.

gone d.. few months back mine oso got stuck at poslaju, one week no update confirm gone d
contact using the website so slow to get feedback, but they call me ask about parcel size and content, and thats it.. no further call or email to inform status.. until manage to get shopee refund..
