I sell on Poshmark and also order items. I received a jacket with a dysfunctional zipper, I wrote to them about it several times to solve the problem because I should not have to pay for it, which means they send you a label to send it back. I also wrote to them about other technical problems they never fix so you cant sell anything if they don't fix it.
