Sometimes the stomping sound may not originate directly from the unit upstair, depending on how the condo is built, it can originate from the common walkway. The vibration on the common walkway can travel through the floor slab or any structural steel and from below, it can be heard as if it happened directly upthere.

Furniture dragging noise can also be caused by loose piping, even vibrating pipe can cause hacking/knocking noise. Remember the pipe is pressurized from the water pump, so any turn on/off will cause it to vibrate. And sometimes, not turning the faucet fully on may cause it to vibrate non-stop.

Again, depending on the condo construction, some noise may exhibit like this or in any other ways. So it's not always your neighbour dragging furniture or stomping their feet.
