It is never chairs or any furnitures for that matter.

I understand is difficult to tolerate noisy neighours.

If you focus your mind on other nice things instead of 'looking' for noise to hear, you be less stressful.

As time passes, you will tolerate the noise and accept the fact that you cant change your neighbour.

If what I suggested cannot work, then moving out is your only solution.

If your MO cannot help, I wonder how can we forumers help. The replied are merely copy and paste from your previous or others threads.

Have a nice cool beer at the balcony and look out for some nice neighbour chicks to enjoy the view. Dont stare too long thou as the husband might throw an empty can over !

Most of the time pulling chair sounds is actually a water hammer sound in an apartment especially if it happens so many times. Or u also can blame ghost if the house above u actually empty

Just think of it. Who would be so free and energetic to pull chairs every hour? As others said, it's not chair pulling sound but water hammer sound. As for your "video evidence" they are probably just audio recordings. You can't videograph people inside their apartments.
