l'm currently 2 month pregnant and just taking folic acid. My Dr ask me can start taking Obimin plus or About pregnancy supplement. And I'm having gum disease problem since young , any calcium to recommend ?

May I know usually what week can start take Obimin? Actually at first I went clinic check (I was week 9) and the GP Dr told me can start take Obimin. But last week I went to KK the Dr told me no need take yet as still early ( I'm currently into 11 weeks) and ask me continue Folic acid will do. She told me will prescribe me multivitamins on my next appt next month.
