It is mostly due to bacteria growth that accumulate due to poor brushing. It is not difficult to treat. Nothing to do with calcium. It is just if you not treating it, it will weakened the teeth and calcium will not help. Go see dentist and ask whatever you want to know.

May I know usually what week can start take Obimin? Actually at first I went clinic check (I was week 9) and the GP Dr told me can start take Obimin. But last week I went to KK the Dr told me no need take yet as still early ( I'm currently into 11 weeks) and ask me continue Folic acid will do. She told me will prescribe me multivitamins on my next appt next month.
