My point is,

I've been quit smoking for 2 years now.
Vapes really helps and also, those menthol sweet.

but what bother me is -Relx is quite expensive comparing to Cigarette-
RM35 for 3 Carts

and i've try the cheap way: Bought an Aladdin but it came out smoke inside my bag. Throw it rightaway.

My best advice is to Breathe and ride bicycle la. Other than that, can play games or play drone.

I smoked for 10 years before this, 1 pack of cigarette a day. Winston Light. Getting older and older. I think it's time for me to quit bad habit.
Plus covid could affect smokers much worse than non-smokers.

Nicorette has three types of nicotine patch.

Step 1: 25mg
Step 2: 15mg
Step 3: 10mg

I tried step 1 and step 2,
One week each. both are too strong for me. A bit headache.

Now I just use step 3, one patch daily. Feel very normal, zero craving. will use it as long as necessary. I was very surprised at how effective it is. I stick it on my shoulders.

Even long term use of nicotine patch, from my reading, it's far healthier from smoking cigarette.

The smoke stain is unnoticeable, but if you take that burnt tobacco out and rub around then you have a weird smell.
