Everything that u said, ITS ALREADY THERE. It has existed there for years, and years, and years. Exsim did not build IKEA, they did not build the supermarkets, or the 4 shopping malls that u said.
U can be very positive of the project, but don’t mislead people by saying the developer is building IKEA, kopitiam, shopping malls, etc. Even EXSIM themselves also can’t tell me what their future plan for the commercial part of it, as it is never confirmed yet as of now, and here you are claiming that they are building a self-sustained township?
As of where we are now; the town itself is ALREADY THERE. No need to take credit for the town 🤣. The town is not NEW.

True, but still not comparable to desa park city. The whole project highest price point is what? 800k? That’s probably the starting point of desa park city’s price point. I’m still with my view that whether it will reach the standards of desa park city, is yet to be seen; and it probably won’t as it’s a completely different segment. Maintenance is never cheap or easy.
