Maybank dispute, how to escalate?

Hi Sifu,
I lodged an report to maybank regarding a dispute that double charged to my card since Feb 21. I had been keep calling Maybank call center but there is not update. They only asked me to wait.
I asked to escalate and they only point me to disputemgmt@maybank.com.my.
Can i ask how can i escalate further? For example cc MCMC or other government agency?

Do the simple thing first. No need BNM, OFS or whatsoever yet.

Bank already said what just wait. Depending on the charges and type of charges can take up to 60 days.

I had been keep calling since Mar and there is no progress till now.
I cant be forever waiting right. I never submit any dispute form but just call to lodge report. now, let me submit the dispute form officially first.
i feel like the call center tai chi me only. they nvr give solution.

I contacted the merchant, there was no respond. After two weeks, I file a dispute to Maybank. Took them one month plus to return back the disputed amount. But then there was 0 communication in between.
