Too many contact tracing to be done until gone hay wire. And also not enough people to do the job. Better go straight to KK, tell them u're close contact and get swabbed.

actually this confusion has happened since even the 2nd wave. but because eventually everyone just carry on with their lives, no one really bother improving the whole system and end up malaysia still poorly prepared more than a year into the pandemic 😂

so mysejahtera actually can't trace close contact,.. even u voluntarily tell them ??

Now we all can agree that KKM doesn't not have enough man-power to do enough contact tracing. In that case they shouldn't have keep on saying Sporadic Cases is continuously increasing when they can keep up with contact tracing.

How do we know right now if those sporadic case are actual or just KKM haven't start tracing work.

don't why ppl still expect alot from KKM.
1) money doesn't go to them anyway, go into u know who pokets
2) medicine always insufficient
3) no control of inventory
4) no manpower control
5) little napoleans everywhere
6) helangs are immune to covid
7) covid tracking system use RM1 to create

do call the nearest CAC if they could assist to issue a black & white document as justification + cut short the self quarantine period.

else its waiting out till 14 days is over.

the black & white document is just a safety net against authorities checking. you'll still be cast down by the public when seen with the pink bracelet.

just got to brave up and don't bother about the public for now. personal safety is utmost important.

I doubt government will reimburse should you opt for inhouse RTPCR swab, you may want to check if the result can be accepted though if you don't want to risk the public shaming experience if any.

My Sejahtera link to a person is just phone number. No idea where you live, how many in house, married or not, etc.

This is what happened when the health system collapse together with the contract tracing and etc... Imagine how to trace few millions of contact rapat....
It is good that TS and family is responsible type tan ask for clarification and later put on quarantine... imagine that there is a lot more selfish one roaming freely.....

I have the same feeling too. Called up PKD, they told that they have no idea how, went to Sungai Buloh m Hospital, same answer.

Tried calling their hotline many times, no answer, email ed them and said will revert after 5 days, and now is day 9 already and yet nothing.

yea, mysejetera sends my dad and aunt who are dependents of each other to different parts of town on the same day to get vax.

then email them about it, only reply 1 month later with a generic email and 1 week after both of them got vax.

afaik MySejetera is under KJ and KKM/MOE dont have all their systems linked up, which is impossible to do in a short time.

no, majority wants it, gov just do what majority wants.
