Look closely it's not pebbles. More like some unfilled stone to me.

Judging from the air bubble holes it looks like Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC). Local AAC brands don't have this long format, unless customised or use their lintel (with embedded bars thus more expensive). Standard block length 600mm. Thickness varies 50-300mm. If you wanna use thinnest block to stick on wall as decoration you lose 50mm wall thickness.
Local brands such as Starken, Alamcon, Greencon
Overseas brand such as Hebel

I would expect this is one of those 3d wall stickers.

Not exactly the same design but similar type:

lol. bcos it's meant for wall than finishing.

This could be customised product or rare stone finish. Hard to get exact finish. By the way, it looks full body and not printed...see the edge also have black dots.
Your alternative options:-
1. AAC - more white and smaller bubbles. May not get same look.
2. Sukuza - didn't have such finish, but other texture
3. Tiles with print of similar finish (see attachment)
4. Vinyl sheet with print of similar finish

I doubt such block, if is 'real' are used in highrise unless done by developers.

For landed, detached, semi and corner terrace may have it and I doubt is cheap.

Thanks alot. The tiles look similar but not sure if it's hollow like in my picture. The reno firm is based in malaysia, was really curious where they got such finishes.

I doubt hollow block can have strong support for the tv.

The stscking of each block is so neat with fine line ...using glue perhaps if is real block ?
