That's what I used to do. But submitting manual claims is a hassle. Have to go office, send actual receipt, fill up form. MCO time a bit leceh to do all that.
My comp use red card AIA also but all claims through AIA apps. Less hassle. Snap receipt picture and upload. Claim will be approved within 3 working days and payment +- 2 working days after approve. I usually straight away snap receipt picture before leaving the clinic and claim.. all within 5 mins.
