I am on AIA (red card) and my panel clinics are all shitty, lembab and basically are clinics that people don't wanna go to. Previously I was on the green AIA card and almost all clinics nearby were panel clinics, even the good/ recommended ones.

That's what I used to do. But submitting manual claims is a hassle. Have to go office, send actual receipt, fill up form. MCO time a bit leceh to do all that.

Agreed. My company also using AIA red card.

The list of clinics under this is not for human visit one especially around Kota Damansara

Exactly man. When we switched over from the green to red card 2 years ago, I was genuinely quite upset. The list of panel clinics shrunk, and along with it the quality too. Doctors mostly locum, lazy wanna work type. Inside clinic also so gloomy, dark.

For me just use company ID card for outpatient treatment at clinic.

My comp guna pm care saja. Lucky near my house got clinic that accept it.

One of them is Klinik Izham.

My GE MC until now I don't know what the panel clinics are.

Got many good clinics, but sadly none of them are panel.

think about it la, if the clinic so fames and have tons of customers, why they need to bother being insurance panel.
also good thing about non-penal clinic were your records are pretty much safe from insurance company.

Mine is micare as well. But need to submit physical copy la. It's part of their compliance with BNM.

so far so good, we got 9 in total iirc
one of the clinic got swab test available, company bear the cost should we have to do it.
only one clinic quite disliked by workers since the doctor always 'sound' patient, why young also sick why this why that lol.

But.. panel clinics especially nearby my area damn shitty man. I would be better off self diagnosing and getting meds from pharmacy.
