Nope, because we have a different version of D+ aka D+H.
Whereas SG D+ subscription can access Canada, US, UK, AU, NZ etc (where D+ subscription is supported) at any time.
Whether via VPN or travelling there.
Our D+H is designed for third world countries, so the access will be available only in our country and they did this so that people from other countries cannot subscribe to a cheaper version of D+.
That is my take on D+H vs D+.

Take Netflix as an example. They have several plans ranges from RM17 till RM55 per month, difference among them is mostly on streaming quality and overall user experience.

I wonder why Disney don't take this approach? Instead, they seems to "duplicate" themselves by literally making 2 versions of Disney+ in the market, and then re-brand it into Disney+ Hotstar for third world countries countries like Malaysia, which has a below average grade of user experience compared to Disney+ hmm.gif
Let's say Malaysia has Disney+ and if you can afford RM40-45 per month to have all the great features like Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, better UI, more device compatibility and so on, well... Why not?

Yet the "unique selling point" of Disney+ Hotstar is, it has local vernacular content where Disney+ doesn't have.. I was like, huh? confused.gif confused.gif

Finally someone understands my issue with D+H.
I really hope they will scrap D+H and reintroduce D+ properly into MY.
Seriously D+H is just bad overall.

Yeah got star full content if use cloudflare vpn. I subscribed disney plus 2 days ago and use the 1.1.1.1 vpn, much better than shitstar thats for sure. Abit susah if wanna watch on smart tv. Better use pc or android tv.

Until now i cant activate my subscription on my sony TV D+ apps. Anyone faced similar issues ?

Also very buggy sms services. Kinda frustrating not seamless at all.

I did a logout of all devices and follow the on screen instruction and done.

Seemed kinda buggy, i try so many time that i got a timeout from the services before initiating an all device logout.

D+ or D+H?
I have no issues at all accessing Disney+ SG using the Cloudflare app via PC and mobile.

And btw, sorry for the wrong info I have been telling everyone, my account is D+ AU.
That is why I have no issues accessing Star contents including the R rated one.

It seems D+ US account is blocked from accessing D+ Star R rated due to limited content filter placed on the US account based on the info I found in the Internet.
My AU account can access up to R21 whereas US one is up to TV14 rating content only.

So my suggestion is you subscribe D+ from SG or any other countries that have Star built in.
If not, you are not able to access Star R rated content at all.

P.S. I subscribed to the D+ AU since day one of launch via Google Play. No wonder I have no issues at all with my account.

Yes SG D+, dont know about Star Content since I do not have DH. I also don't know the difference between SG D+ vs Australia D+ or US D+. Because it is PC streaming, I doubt I will use this often.

Singapore dont have disney+ hotstar. They only have disney+ with star channel included. I tried order country disney+ that included star without problem such as Canada and Australia. But getting an error 83 everytime i want to access disney+ Singapore. I've tried Cloudflare vpn also failed.

If you are using the app, make sure it is the latest app version.
Or next is to clear the cache of the app.
