In your case, you can buy any budget Android/Google TV certified device and install the D+H app directly on it.
There is:-
1. Onn 4K - HDR10
2. Xiaomi TV Stick 4K - HDR10, DV, Atmos
3. Mecool KM2 - HDR10, Atmos, USB, Ethernet
4. Chromecast with Google TV - HDR10+, DV, Atmos
