So I tried you method to install on LG TV. It works on one of the newer LED model but doesn't work on the 2016 OLED 55 B6. Any idea why?

nope. i dont use vpn.

earlier i tried to subscribe (my tablet and phones were wifi connected to local broadband). and keep getting error. my ip for sure is klang valley as i checked.

Then i switch to my phone line 4g (not using wifi) then was able to subscribe but still fail coz the visa takes long time to register or some nonsense.

Then i subscribed via the iphone app (still using phone line) and successful (they charge to my apple account which is tied to credit card).

THen i had problem activating on tv so i was streaming on my phone and using 4g line coz keep getting logging issues when i use my wifi.

Then saw the site activation (not the one my tv pointed to) so i followed it and activate on tv and voila it works and using my home broadband network which is for sure klang valley IP.

The app in my android tv dont know why keeps pointing to india registration site link tv.hotstar.com but using the malaysia activation link works as well.

So far activated on 2 tvs, my x90h sony and my Hisense a7400f. Currently both streaming live (one is French Open live tennis and the other game of thrones). Resolution is only FHD but ZERO artifacts and full nudity lol.

oh and it does not default in any other language but english so not sure why some of you getting malay etc.

Just figured out why my media devices keep pointing to India's site. Turns out my ISP has this FreedomDNS service that automatically configures streaming channels to certain countries and in this case it points to Hotstar India even though my public IP is Shah Alam.

I thought i disconnect that service. IT works back end so i dont really feel it and only on certain streaming sites.

Guys I have activated my Astro number for D+H, got the sms and verified. I have the movies pack.

Yet when I go into D+H app, it still requires me to subscribe. Any ideas how to go about it?
