Still waiting to see how many screen and the different tier pricing available. Can't believe they keep showing this "RM54.90 for 3 months!!!!" without providing any details. Like what if this price only get you 480p? It's the same price as Netflix mobile/tablet only after all. And does the price remain the same after 3 months?

Two screens at the same time. For now seems like only quarterly billing available, but I suspect they will open for monthly and yearly subscription later on. There is only 1 tier pricing unlike Netflix. Limited 4k content (mostly Marvel movies) seems like only available on Apple TV and Android TV. Everything else is 1080p. And yes the price remains RM54.90 after 3 months.


LOL since when Astro doesn't suck? If subscribe without Astro package can watch already with zero issues since 12am.

Well. Astro movie pack + RM5 is the cheapest option for HBO Go + Disney+Hotstar right now

But Hotstar's stream quality is not as good as Netflix, maybe it's unstable today due to the high volume, buffering constantly, and their web hanged twice on me

You dont pay Astro for nothing … have sports, HBO, Astro on Demand, etc. If subscribe those separately more expensive

I don't watch sports, HBO asia is not as good as HBO Max and censored unless you pay extra for the streaming option and it's same for Astro on Demand. They might as well be nothing.

Astro's Live HBO is censored, yes, but the streaming platoform HBO Go Asia isn't, and you don't need to pay any extra for the streaming once you've subscribed to the movie pack, now Disney+Hostar came with the movie pack as well.

Sg doesn't need "local" contents from Hotstar

Correct me if I'm wrong, seems this Disney+Hotstar has more contents compared to the just Disney+
those additional contents are from Hotstar, whereas IINM Disney+ content is the same with the rest of the regions
