That basically tells what the problem is, have you ever taken out the screen protector to check whether the watermark was under the it or the touch screen itself? AS for the calibration, I suggest dumping your current screen protector and get a new and better quality one.

Maybe u didn't read my thread fully (too long)

The watermark is between the TouchScreen and LCD, not just under screen protector.

Anyway, around 1% of watermark not yet gone.. even without screen protector, that area also not quite sensitive.

So, the screen protector affect the actual poking point of stylus, but the watermarks make "invisible stylus" poking the touch screen.
