I forgot to add that he mentioned to be patient while working for others, stay at a particular job for at least 5 years.
He work for far lower income than in Japan for 6 or 7 years before setting up his own after gaining enough contacts and capital in the region, he can stay to do so because he have a clear objective. (ie he didn't work for an income, but work so that he can set up a business)

I don't think so, I just happen to saw it randomly.
Maybe it would be interesting if an English translated version be published, I'll shoot a mail to Texchem and the publisher and see what I may hear from them.
