I never buy anything from a seller with lower than 80% chat response. Especially if got other people sell the same thing. Definitely check out shop review and product review.

I don't think they did. Have to reply at least every 12 hours. To be safe 8 hours better check once and the notifications have to clear off. Yes, it's damn annoying. So far my rate ranging around 96-100%.
