Coz Sg buluh and nearby motorist also using this road.as shortcut to PJ and to KL. there are many traffic light also. once the project complete cannot imagine hows the jam gonna be

I believe direct competitor to D'hill is Mohagany Residence which offer much lower density. 976 VS 281 Units. Not sure pricing wise which one better to buy.

But 2 condos close to each other along Persiaran Mohagany. Hows the morning traffic when ppl rushing out to work
