Hi, may I know are all those units in block b facing main road will definetely be getting the evening sun? And is the mat rempit issue back again since it's no longer mco already now? May I know is the whole stretch of the main road will be jam starting all the way from sg buloh? Since the Dash is opened now, did it ease the jam a little?
