Ownstay and investment renovation is totally different, and it take 4 year to build, so renovation cost will increase like 30 to 40 % due to inflation etc.

Yeah it super near, i dont know about the construction, But i believe the piping and foundation for this project was be done very well. Because for the unfortune project nearby to lrt or mrt like J towel soho was banned due to the piping job affected the lrt pipe, and nexus residence at cheras bad piping job affected the surround landed house cracked.

Hope the continueing of construction not affacted the lrt station.

Basically the LRT from Putra Height and Ampang are always full in the morning. I can't imagine how people living here are going to embark the train in the morning. I myself also one of the sardines from Salak Selatan and previously from Maluri.

It the 13 retail units below has good F&B shops with a supermarket, it will give shopping convenience to the 2200 units sitting atop it. Recently a new bakery/cafe which started business at TS Law HQ at TRX is reporting very good business.

Sek Yuen the oldest Chinese restaurant located less than 200m walking distance away will also register an uptick in business.

Heard from an owner the construction of skyline pudu is moving fast. The claim for stage 2d has just arrived today.
