Besides noise, is there any concern of vibration to the window glass panels?

The trains themselves aren’t bad unless you’re looking at traditional heavy rail trains like KTM. It’s more the ambient people noise going in and out that is the bother and the odd mechanical noise. I don’t know if I can live somewhere I have to shut the windows all the time as I prefer natural ventilation to AC.

Yea what’s the point of a 50 storey building if you can’t open your windows? Then it’d be both claustrophobic as well as asphyxiatic. Not a way to live.

Any investors here on this Skyline project? Have they started asking for the downpayment? Apparently development is on track.

Living in urban city all windows will be closed for noise and duat polution. If you prefer window not close can chose countryside.

waste your life waiting in traffic jams. better stay near LRT, also no need to buy depreciating asset like car.

It’s not a zero sum game. There are still favourable aspects and locations even in an urban setting. It just depends what you prioritised and where. Plenty of places near forest reserves etc where the air quality is better.

Sure noisy...
See the location 😎

But can put up double glazed glass window...
Something like that... So less noise pollution 💪
