Good progress since i last saw it 2 weeks ago.

The foundation for Block A has the most progress amongst all.

It's not surprise because this project attracted a lot of young buyers or required lesser cashflow upon purchase and gamble their luck.

Those buyers just hope these young profile buyers don't simply hantam without projection of unable to rent out soon after completion due to super heavy competition and lack of quality tenant here, otherwise more lelong would be coming.

My friend told me if u give booking chq and wait in d queue, after short while sure got SA inform u got release unit due to loan reject.

So i guess no issue to get a unit of yr choice if u want to invesr in this high density project..

This skyline@pudu project is competing against Astrium @ Jelatek which is another high density project of over 5000 units.

Skyline is going sold out. So Atrium maybe can competing against itself, no competitors

This place already at the tourist hotspot. Compare to Jelatek kinda away from city center.

Thr is also another project name Continew whr during its launch also claim to he target SW, ikea, trx, 118 and bukit bintang.

Continew slightly off away from tourism spot. Still many ayamas around there. Surrounding there need time for upgrading.

Hopefully slowly upgrade like some parts of the petaling street today. Certain Petaling Street areas recent years has changed alot, become really young and vibrant again.

Pudu pasar foodcourt gonna have huge makeover. Hopefully can attract the youngsters to visit like icc pudu.
I wish they can build a parking building here. One of the most underrated visitors catalysts.
Then i can come here have my breakfast and buy groceries without parking headache. Still prefer icc pudu now cz easy parking

Its just located besidecthe famed MCKL and also 200m away from the Jln Tun Sambathan monorail station.
U can also walk across to the transportation hub of kl sentral which is abt 500m away.
