my fren say normally in business world connection plays a big role, people will give face if u know big political figure etc

so u see this covid things , and u in business that need network connection etc for state planning autority to approve developent project/design etc, u got land need aproval then can build mah not only money involve, subjective power is very big factor. u buy land want buy condo, plan 30 storey state planning allow 10 storey u mah kalah besar etc, if want 30 storey aprove 60storey with extra pack compact density u huat like ah huat

u take out afew million as budget, to buy vaccine, take that as advertisement fee, or rasuah fee ( anyhow the money wil gone into someone else pocket mah lol, fee to open the door).

then u of cos no cable contact apa sinovet sinovac etc, but u contact also ur target bluff up say u want donate vacine, buttt need a support letter to u ( or to show that govt ask ur favour to buy vaccine, menteri menteri beg u help them things like tat).

if the target govt bodoh bodoh play into your hand, and get the letter, u will frame the letter and broke the news everywhere u deal, wah bolehland govt ask me help ahhh you know, i know that ketua menteri ohhh old fren one day day minum kopi he look at me like his big brother one, tat why they ask me help, eh this my development project help me aprove lah ,later anything in bolehland i can help u mah, maybe ur city want to bcome sister city with bolehland mah etc i can help one, one call only the perdana menteri even will come beg me one so cool hahaha...

Is scam or not.?

Target of his scam could be DAP Penang or a 3rd-party investor(eg YCK claims he got the Sinovac deal for only US$20 million while his bodoh Xintai HK boss willing to pay him US$60 million).

manufacturer gets paid, vaccine gets delivered, presumably to address in malaysia and not zimbabwe or somewhere, biz transaction concluded
