by this design i think u prioritize more on room quantity & its space. thus living room & open kitchen looks really compact. well, u win some u lose some.

if can extend ur budget a bit. i would suggest u make the house longer. master bedroom with its own toilet is a plus value for me. by extending the floor plan, u have more space to redesign the living room, kitchen & importantly the main toilet.

if the floor size is fixed, i would make the 2nd or both 2nd & 3rd room smaller to make more space.
