Try with your phone hotspot also. Connecting to wifi should be a simple process, unless you have set some restrictions on the router.

2020 models no more software updates. Still using old interface but if I connect to vpn Europe server, it will change to new Google tv interface.

looks like only upper range models got the update. last year I read something about all models should get the new google tv update.

It will only show if your TV or audio receiver support atmos. For example, if I select TV speaker or my atmos capable soundbar, Netflix will show atmos icon. But if I connect my xm4 headphones, it won't show.

X85K is using the X1 and direct led like other models below it

going bigger = price increase

sometimes the price increase is almost the same as buying a smaller but higher model so you have to consider that too

A80J has 16gb rom like other high end models. Lower ones only have like 6gb usable.

I've used a USB 3.0 pendrive to increase the space. Works fine for a few days then suddenly the app starting to crash whenever I open it. Not sure why though.

Current apps will stay on internal storage. Apps installed afterwards will be automatically stored in the USB. But you can switch the location by going into each app settings. Mine is the x80h with android 9 and 2gb ram. Netflix always freezes when I fast forward a dolby Atmos content or I binge watch them for a few hours. Had to unplug the power to restart the TV.

Yes but it will get stuck while powering off. The TV was very laggy and it simply gave up. I had no issues on non atmos content though. 2gb ram definitely not enough.

Have you tried using a different hdmi port, maybe the arc one?

My 2020 x80h got an update out of nowhere. 1.4GB file.

After update I check android version still the same. Security patch also the same. Dunno what the heck it updated.
