Is it a good buy?

Could not fight with OLED. I bought the A80J 55-inch at great deal which I am so happy about it. Hahaha. Most importantly it is brand new and not demo set.

So far the cheapest 55X90K I can find is RM4499 with additional 3 years warranty.

Nah they are still top even in HDR. Only applies to their miniLED and high end OLEDs though

Their XR FALD model (X90L) is still very good actually, this year model is actually a signifcant improvement from last year K model. Just the pricing issue which is typical Sony

Finally my X90k arrived. Any tips and tricks in the setting I should know to get the best out of this TV?

I'm not aware of this, there is no BRAVIA CORE app installed. 

I found a new 55x85j for rm 2.8k . Worth to buy ?

Actually what's the real benefit of x85 vs x90 ? I mean, i heard of the FALD & XR processor, other than that im not sure other significance.

Is the extra RM600-700 for x90 really worth it ? Unfortunately i have not seen a real life of both TV in a side by side comparison. Youtube comparison just mention technical difference but i dont find the difference like its night and day kind of diff.

Who and where is offering the best price right now for X85K 65 and/or X90K 55?

I am torn between getting a x85k 65inch of x90k 55inch because price are quite similar lol

Whenever the subtitles pops up, my screen automatically increase the contract and brightness, it makes the subtitle blooms which is very distracting.

There is also a micro stuttering on the screen when the subtitle is displaying.

Any idea which setting I should turn off?

Hope so 😬😬 Today got email to do hard reset for final confirmation of the issue..place on tv rack and use during weekends + holiday only..1 year 7 months not that reliable (luckily warranty 2 years)

UPDATE : technician will come to check tomorrow afternoon 😬😬

Fortunately I didn't need the service yet, but this is what the seller told me when I was deciding between A80K vs C2... he told me the Sony aftersales is top notch compared to LG's.

Looking at these 3 models, since all are around the same price (<5,000).
My place is relatively small. Only about 2.8 metres from head distance on sofa to TV.

Any recommendation?
55" X85L
65" X80L
75" X77L (this cost RM300 more than the other 2)
The 55" X85L comes with full Array LED. Is it worth to go smaller just for this feature?

Not much gaming. Mainly TV and Movies (streaming)

Ended up with a 65" X85L for a good price

just bought 55x90L... around 4.6k.. tng 300.. so 4.3k.. standard 2yrs wrty only.. it might not cheapest but can take as reference.. i'm considering 65x85l which is 100 cheaper in total with larger screen but the overall experience with x85l not really impress me after seeing what x90l can offer me.. btw i'm not really technical just looking for replacement my 48" sony which i bought in last 10yrs++..

My initial target hisense 55u7k.. which is lots cheaper just not really confident with the brand quality.. hope this x90L can serve me well..
