Mine 65X90J 2021 same issue on 2023 screen first at bottom after 2nd week at top screen called Sony appointment need 2 weeks.Before they come getting worse black screen only sound luckily 3yrs wrt.
Sony tech visit no dismantle TV just turn ON check told LCD screen need replacement ask when can replace he said maybe a month.
Email Sony and cc Jpn Sony why took so long, then after few days they called new LCD panel ready.
