Festive season the DBKL or other municipals will allow you to make appointment to come to a location to collect. But I'm not sure if they will help you carry from house/condo to the collection point.
Alternatively, you can pay ~RM100 donations and get the charity lorry to come collect it from you. |

most rubbish disposal operators will have a bulk collection day every week or bi-weekly
ma taman they even announce a few hours b4 the truck actually cums around |
