I have my driving license suspended for two years and now looking for a folding bike to cover my daily light commuting of family's food/light groceries around my housing area (within a 2-3KM radius).

Come across Dahon and Giant brands after a day of Google for reliable brands. Any recommendation for a folding bike that is within <2K budget? (or a little over 2K) that can serve me well for at least 2 years?

Has anyone tried Speedave trifold bike? Any verdicts?

Are there any noticeable differences between 14" and 20" tires? I know that weight-wise, 20" would be heavier (??) but other than that?

Feeling a bit overwhelmed reading this thread, maybe because this thread is meant for serious folding bikers.

But if you all could help me giving some pointers, as I intend to get a simple folding bike for commute, one that is meant for just that.
A simple, no-plans-to-upgrade set-ups, cheap, but one that provides at least some level of comfort/safety.

Hi sifus....am wondering if anyone can recommend a bicycle shop or wherever that I can change the tube in the tyre? Have 1 Java Fit and 1 Oyama bike (not sure what models they are), seems the tyre size is about 18~20 inches. Bought them from Pedalspot many years ago, called them up but they said they don't stock up for tyres this size anymore. Location in KL. Thanks!
