all these take time la... but i feel trion 2 sure wont die one the rental, sure will got demand for the facility its going to offer and brand new condo.. plus this high dense project may not take off so fast... after completed acquisition then they need to plan for bridging and resources... u still have 5-6 years to rent out as it is... and one residence wont offer too much units in rental market unless developer rent it out before they sell to potential buyersBut hopefully the buyers had taken the fact that CSL is mostly parcel development into account and that this kind of new project can and will happen.
