Asking higher rental price works only if the demand is there.
Thousands of buyers of trion 1 and 2, total units 1944, lets assume you take 50% as investors, then take 50% of those investors renting out on iproperty, which is 486 units.
1 page of iproperty can have 20 listings, both projects can amount to 24 pages of rental listings.
Buyer A put 2500, buyer B put 2450, buyer C put 2400 and so on...
