syncing as in sync contact with microsoft outlook? try go to setting and look for USB connection setting. If i am not mistaken, there is a option for advance network function or something that is ticked. untick it and try again with XP.

however if Vista, it doesnt use activesync. so you have to go to microsoft and download something similar to activesync for vista.

as for ur office pc unable to install activesync, you can only connect ur pda and detect as memory card via 3rd party software.

hi seaedge,

what i meant is synch-ing so that XP can detect my phone when i connect it to my pc using cable.

sorry, maybe i just got the term wrong.

well, u need activesync in the 1st place. if after installing AS and still unable to detect, try go to setting and look for USB setting as i said. disable the advance network function.. wink.gif hope it helps

im really interested to get this phone soon ... mainly gonna use it for email retrieval & internet browsing...hope its gonna be a good buy...huhuhuhuh

if u use 3.5g, then it varies from places. if wifi, it varies from how congested is the router.

just now i went to midvalley and play with it again...hehe..but the salesperson keep pushing me to buy HTC and keep on giving bad comments on this LG..haiyaaaaa

well..they keep pushing me to get HTC P3600 i think.. the one with GPS .. and also every other sort of HTC ...hehhe...well they are HTC selling agent..for sure promote own products lor...LOL

yeayyyy..i finally got my KS20 yesterday. A proud owner now...hehe..now still adapting myself to it...

Added on June 8, 2008, 10:31 pmhmmm...does anyone know, how to use this phone as modem; to conect to internet?

i currently have digi edge connection, b4 this i use my nokia phone as bluetooth modem to connect to internet on my laptop..but i duno how to configure for this phone

if i am not mistaken.. there is an internet sharing connection in program menu. just click and connect it to your pc.
