LOL branded = locked to a specific network (eg ; iphone for maxis postpaid; blackberry for celcom) unbranded = not locked (duh) u can see LG only logo on startup. well mostly m'sian mobile phone is unbranded one. brick = it's a 'brick' can use to throw2 around lol. kidding, it means ur phone can be used as pda only, not phone. means it cant receives any signal. all the definitions wa based on my understanding, kindly correct me if i'm wrong.

I would be a great task for KS20 to beat Omnia. It is good to see this thread alive again!

Good Morning DrWho, Ed and all friends of KS20, long time no 'discuss', hehe. yes, uts really good to see there are KS20 owners here again. somehow, i feel that KS20 is somekind of more 'responsive' in touch than my Omnia II. Omnia II needs little time to wake up, and i have to serioucly poke at the function to get it works. Ane xample, i need to poke carefully at the "x" to close a running program (not with stylus but fingers) ... (DrWho, is it the setting? what i need to do to improve the resposiveness? i use fingers instead of stylus). hope this thread continues .....

Omnia have the same problem but can be solved by changing the Calibration Data at the registry as shown below. Please note that the below example is only meant for Omnia not Onmia2[After the recalibration the devise is very accurate, just need to touch once not poke many times * Improve Screen Calibration Accuracy
1. Open your Registry Editor(PHM Registry Editor) 2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/HARDWARE/DEVICEMAP/TOUCH/ 3. Click on CalibrationData 4. Value Data change to > 519,503 177,881 182,129 847,127 849,872 5. Click OK to save it.You need to google for the right value data for your Omnia 2.
