Honestly if anyone wants to buy the Air, they would just take the base 64GB model - and trust that most users will also have iCloud subscription hence large files can be stored on the cloud.

Then again, as a media consumption device - don’t think you need 256GB unlike phones because you’re not gonna be taking photos or videos on your iPad - the photos will be synced via iCloud from your iPhone so yeah.

For people who can’t decide between the 2, my suggestion is to go for base 64GB for Air, and 128GB Base for iPad Pro.

If you need larger capacity, the Air isn’t for you. From a financial perspective also not as good as Pro - proven from your screenshot as well.

I find Apple’s positioning for the Air a little odd - it’s in between the basic iPad and Pro, but the price point doesn’t make sense for consumers at all. 128GB as base at that price point is on point - but not 64GB.

ipad air lose in too many aspects already. even 64gb is not worthy too.

US retailer already start giving discount on 2021 Ipad Pro 11.

But we dont even know when we can preorder

For USA, the price of Ipad pro is too cheap. So everyone buy 12.9" mini LED version.

Nobody buy 11".

They should send all their 11" stock to poor country like Malaysia so that we can buy it.

I mean if you compare portability wise, I'd take the 11 over 12.9 any day.

Damn previously I had a 12.9 Pro + Magic Keyboard, it weighs more than my MacBook Pro - worst still it's super fragile no thanks to the Magic Keyboard felt material. I plan to get the 11 inch this round.
