No need to ask her anything, it's her pose that matters. Two-piece long dress like that wrecks havoc on a model if she haunches slightly or shot from a lower angle. Model posing is any newbie photographers' headache, unless and unless you can match her poses to what you want in your final image, you'll have to keep on shooting and shooting until you get the right image suitable for posting.

Dun worry about the make-up part, I used to apply make-up on new girls and freelancers last time so I am a lil' sensitive on over make-up. All-in-all, it's good to have make-up on any model prior to a photo session.

Not really. I channel all my work stress from Monday to Friday into weekend shoots. It's at that 1/125 or 1/40 of a second that my mind is set free and my feelings are all focused onto my images. The smile of a model can really whip all my 5 days of worries and stress away. It is where you let the creative side of yourself let go that you can put the other side at rest! Take control of the situation, take control of your camera, take control of your images ... YOU are your camera, YOU are your images, YOU are your results!
