Still, no sos for millions of high paying jobs.

This is all gambling and speculations. At the end of the day, there’s no actual, tangible product and it will only enrich some gamblers and thieves.

Sendiri denial syndrome sudah la..

A country that slow adapt to new tech macam mana can attract high paying jobs ..

That's why I rather transfer my coin earning through Singapore and pay sg tax rather Malaysia ... because the tax clear and precise

And few new ico launching in Singapore but Malaysia elek.. because .. basic Internet issue cannot settle.. how to start proof of stake tech.. how to start cointec..

Tangible product? No wonder msia loves Bangla.. can produce cheap Tangible product ...

Finance service prefers Singaoore and Hong Kong...

Low iq ppl tot coins is btc and eth only.. using electricity to do mining

No knowledge on other coins ..

Staking , pos, etc ...

Kekeke...

BTW 90% coin investor losses money during 1st time try...

So read and learn more ya.. before you invest . Not every coin can buy ...

But sure the exchange will earn money for every transaction...

i though remitano also got do kyc? i doubt they got ban because they dont pay understable money.

but the root cause is because remintano wont share the private customer info with government, while luno is willing to share.
thats why if anyone perform significant financial transaction with luno they will quickly receive a letter from lhdn.

Illegal as in tax evasion.

Red eye or not, illegal is still illegal. The problem with this country, if leaders steal from the country everyone makes noise like there’s no tomorrow. But rakyat steal from the country too.

only an idiot complains about compliance.
compliance is always always always a pre-requisite for adoption.
the only way crypto will become mainstream is if there is regulatory framework in place by the government and all the service providers comply to it.

the SEC is absolutely needs to clamp down on illegal operators like remitano in order to enforce compliance. remitano needs to apply for a license and comply to regulations just like luno. then they can freely operate legitimately.

Depends. Refer to Badges of Trade table. And people still need to declare. If underdeclare/not declaring, still illegal.

You're right on this. Coins earn from active trading in exchanges is subject to tax.
Coins sitting in cold wallet doing nothing and increase price is not subject to tax as it is a type of capital gain.

Btw, if the coin never reach Malaysia or converter to RM, does it subject to Malaysian tax?
