If Sdn Bhd, u need a resolution from the company secretary together with Form 24, 49 & M&A. The director must sign the resolution plus the transfer form with company chop.

Another note, if the company already defunct and SSM already terminated officially, u cannot transfer the ownership.

Once u hv the docs, take the car to Puspakom for inspection and later go to JPJ for thumbprint verification. Would be a lot easier if u hv a runner. Reason because the JPJ tend to be full of people at any given time.
