I've a car that is stuck for that very reason, I was transferring a personal car to the sdn bhd that I owned and I had to leave in a hurry. Only after I left found out about the finger print requirement.
Also do note that such types of transfers are a favorite for IRB audits because it isn't considered an "arm's length" transfer or transaction.
