Dear all, I would like to ask, to request for marriage application form JPN.KC02 from JPN, is it currently only can do via online appointment booking?
I had called out to their branch numbers, but sadly no answer from it.

Hence, anyone has been done this procedures recently and please share some feedback?
Checked on their online appointment booking, for UTC branch, the latest available slot is after June, which is too long to wait..

Unfortunately, for now, the online appointment is the only way to go due to Covid-19 etc. Try your luck at other UTC offices / JPN offices - travel further if you have to.

You can make booking at any JPN within KL or Selangor.

Based on my recent visit to the JPN in Kajang you could still go in without an online appointment, however you would need to queue outside. I joined the queue initially only to find out that you don't need to queue if you already have the appointment.

May I know if during this MCO, myself and my gf is from different state could I still go Selangor or KL Jpn for registration? Then go temple to complete the REGISTRATION? Not sure temple open up during lock down.

Or going Putrajaya JPN is the only option?

Contact the temple that you wish to have your registration 1st and check with them.

For ROM in JPN both of your IC must be kl/putrajaya address (if selangor im not sure) meaning need to change address before ROM (If not have to go back to your ori statet jpn to submit 1st; different case for ROM in temple or church)

there are commissioner of oath at the palace of justice or Ayer 8 there.. photograhers not too sure.

Book online is consider registration or just to get the form application?

You can try your luck to go there and obtain the form, I did that without a registration, however for the submission you would require a booking.

I just went to putrajaya today. manage to get the form without temujanji.

Hi. Can the ROM be done in a different JPN branch (not the JPN branch which the forms were submitted?

From my experience, it can be done,

I registered at Shah alam selangor and went to putrajaya the next day to book our dates for ROM

if bride and bridegroom mykad address is from a different district (but same state) still can submit application at the same JPN?

Yes, it's possible. I just found out the answer.

If you stay at District A, submit application to District A.

If your other half stay at District B, submit application to District B.

After notice is out, you can choose to register either at A or B.

hi there may I ask, if both of us punya ic stated putrajaya selangor but actually is under sepang district. Then i had to go sepang to chop and sign my papers, only then go putrajaya set my ROM date? And 21days later i will then have to go back and collect the papers is it?

Just like during MCO to avoid police catching you, u need to check your IC address belongs to which district. I think you check with Google. If Putrajaya falls under the same district, you can submit to Putrajaya for the 21-day notice.

Depends on where you submitted the form, you have to return to that JPN office to collect back the form after 21 days.

When you book for the ROM date, it can be done at any JPN office within the same state, not necessarily the same district as your IC address.
