hi there may I ask, if both of us punya ic stated putrajaya selangor but actually is under sepang district. Then i had to go sepang to chop and sign my papers, only then go putrajaya set my ROM date? And 21days later i will then have to go back and collect the papers is it? If you stay at District A, submit application to District A.
