This is what happen to a street smart people but dumb in academic. Its apply to every race. Thats why education is important in order to drive human to be civilized. Else, we will turn into a barbaric society where everything will be solved in a blood bath. Just look at Indon, everytime a riot happen, blood will be spilled. Due to lack of intelligent, people tends to have lower empathy, symphaty and composure in daily life.
