Digital zoom won't improve the bokeh. Optical zoom does.

QUOTE(kelvinyam @ Sep 2 2007, 07:04 PM) Digital zoom won't improve the bokeh. Optical zoom does. Well yeah, with a P&S I cant optical zoom in macro (all these were taken with "Digital Macro" setting), so the next thing to do is digital zoom (something like "telephoto"). Btw it's a very very very small spider (5mm maybe), any closer would have its web on my lens! Haha.. As for the spider, since your zoom is limited, try to go near and shoot via macro setting. Which image hosting are you using? Just use imageshack or photobucket.

QUOTE(Mavik @ Sep 15 2007, 01:13 AM) Was using Imageshack, but always have problems logging in and uploading, will try photobucket later, thanks!QUOTE(diwant @ Sep 15 2007, 01:23 AM) QUOTE(orenzai @ Sep 15 2007, 09:36 AM) you shots nicer than mine ler... haiz....use dslr also same thing... hehe...so it shows that its the photographer not the camera... Thanks but I don't think it's that nice, my shots are straightforward still, no compo or effects yet. Will need to improve on that before I play around with Photoshop. These pics are untouched, other than the frame, siggy and resizing.Added on September 15, 2007, 6:14 pmOk got Photobucket working, here are 2 photos took today (took 136 but only 2 nice ones).. ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by civic98: Sep 15 2007, 06:14 PM |
