Main Concern : Durability.
Secondary Concern : Modern vs. Older Design
- Am sharing the cost of the awning with my mom. (My mom is living in the house, I am living outside at the moment. The house is my family's house, but I still want the house to be maintained.) I also recently got the house painted and small renovation to the front. Home is painted White and Gray exterior.
Issue :
- Me thinking to choose ACP (aluminium composite panel), because it looks more modern. And I heard ACP is durable, and won't crack/leak so easily in few years (unlike Polycarbonate).

- Mother thinking to choose old-school Roof Tiles (like the ones on most houses roof) , because she still thinks Roof Tiles last longer.

The only thing we both can agree on is we won't choose Polycarbonate, because it will crack/leak in a few years. Although Polycarbonate will have more light shine through.
In dilemma.... Should we go for Old-School Roof Tiles, or ACP awning?
Is Old-School Roof Tiles more durable than ACP ?
