Setia Alam's traffic is so bad, now it overflows to Shah Alam ever since the connection between Eco Ardence and Seksyen U12 was opened, the reason I have to endure 3km of traffic jam everytime fetching my son from school

Malay centric shops and business is fine. What I mentioned was, chinese buying power is quite strong, usually areas which are chinese centric at particular area are quite happening and prosper with those business come flowing in and out.

Not only chinese centric areas prosper, up scale Melei area also quite happening too. Can see many people would just want to purchase property at there for a reason.
