Nobody thinking or talking of the forest there. That has and will be destroyed. So many tapirs already died after they lost their home.

But later when bought the house then want to bising about saving the little bits that are left....

So that they can continue do their hiking there.....

*Hypocrisy*

Looking at the selayang main town and rawang town itself for example, even now chinese avoiding the area like a plague even though its predominantly non-malay area. same like kepong.  rawang looks like workshop town.

chinese and malay have different requirement  and needs. thats why malay choose area liken Puncak Alam, Bandar Tasik Puteri, Denai Alam, Setia Alam, Shah Alam etc. Even the japs choose shah alam for their biggest aeon and it prosper. So assuming only chinese has buying power to attract better business is old thinking.

The hell did I read here? Chinese are avoiding towns like Kepong, Rawang, or even Cheras?

Thought you all love these kind of areas? It's predominantly less Meleis wanna live there actually. We hate crowded as f**k area even if its a business or economically vibrant area.

Puncak Alam feels good, mixed races and live harmonily together. Mostly educated Malays go there.

I wish more Chinese come here to make it more prosper and vibrant. Bloody boring if I see only Malays here. Nak muntah weeiihh!! Ergh.

Educated Malays love Chinese of course. You all rocks.

But the statement that

Starting at an affordable price of RM554,000

Cannot be further from the truth

Check the 70% of bumi quota

Areas like Denai Alam is 70%. No for Chinese.

Denai alam is a great area but let down by lack of amnesties such as non halal reataurants etc. Have to go kuang town for those or towards kl

Also lack schools and shopping mall

To reach nearest is probably aeon shah alam or subang area and have to lalu the longest traffic light in malaysia lel

Area wise is good for outdoor activities.

But a predominantly Malay area lacks vibtant business aura.

My friend and a neighbor's daughter+SIL bought the DSL at 750k during launch at the time when DASH was announced in 2011. The neighbor tried to tell me the place will boom as many airline pilots bought there. I told him the ROI for capital appreciation will not be as good as other Chinese areas.

Anyway both sold at VP at 900k which is quite a good return of 200% of initial investment.

The place is quite stable without price increase.

Elmina is a better buy with 50% bumi quota but nothing beats PJ which prices still higher now compared to 2018.

Lol, pilot, air crew etc eh

how many pilots from Subang airport Lol... Wouldnt they prefer high rise, especially in Ara Damansar.
you just need to drive around the commercial area, you may see what ethnic they serve.

Within the context of landed freehold houses, Ara Damansara sold out their last phase in 2004 and the secondary market price shot up 300% by 2013 hence many people were unwilling to buy the houses from the secondary market. The high rise properties in AD aren't doing well except Verde that were sold below 500 per sq during launch.
